Alexander Da Costa is a licensed mortgage professional based in Edmonton, working alongside Sarah Davison at Quantus Mortgage Solutions. He brings over four years of mortgage experience across two brokerages, a background in finance, and a genuine enjoyment of the part most people find tedious: the paperwork, the lender guidelines, and the details that decide whether a file funds.

He holds a BBA in Finance and a BSc in Software Engineering, and has a real love for systems and process. 

In practice, that means he tends to see a mortgage file the way an underwriter does, spotting the problem three steps before it becomes one, and he is always looking for the version of a workflow that wastes less of everyone's time.

Outside of work, Alexander sits on the board of his condominium corporation, spends too much time talking to AI, and is always up for a conversation about how to make a broken process work better.
