I’m a newly licensed Mortgage Associate based in Calgary, and I’m excited to begin helping clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make. I’m the third Richards to join the mortgage industry, following in the footsteps of my uncle and cousin, who are both Mortgage Associates. Being part of a family with experience in the industry gives me the opportunity to learn from those around me and build my knowledge as I develop my own career.

As I build my career in the mortgage industry, I’m committed to learning, staying up to date with the market, and taking the time to understand each client’s individual situation. I believe the mortgage process should feel straightforward and manageable, and I’m here to provide clear communication and guidance along the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside. I’m an avid hiker and backcountry camper, and I also enjoy snowboarding, rock climbing, cycling, and pretty much anything that gets me into the mountains.
