After owning and operating his own mortgage brokerage earlier in his career, Dan spent more than a decade in real estate, giving him a unique perspective on both sides of the industry and a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a successful, referral-driven business.

Now, as Director of Broker Success & Growth Manager at Quantus Mortgage Solutions, Dan is excited to return to an industry he has always enjoyed—especially the people side of the business. His focus is on building strong relationships with brokers, helping them navigate challenges, uncover opportunities, grow their businesses, and making sure they have the support and resources they need to succeed.

Dan also plays a key role in growing the Quantus network, connecting with industry professionals and introducing new brokers to the culture, opportunities, and support that make Quantus different.

At the end of the day, Dan is a people person. He loves building relationships, sharing ideas, solving problems, having a few laughs along the way, and helping good people build great businesses.
