Eden Simari

Eden Simari is an award winning mortgage professional with 16 years in the lending industry. She has extensive experience in mortgage underwriting, risk management, business development and customer service. Eden is passionate about the mortgage industry and sharing her skill set with customers to assist them in making their financial and home ownership dreams come true.

Eden’s experience includes 13 years with one of Canada’s leading mortgage lenders, First National Financial LP where her work was nominated three times at the Canadian Mortgage Professional Awards. In 2015, she was honored with the Top Canadian Business Development award for her dedication to her clients and the mortgage industry.

Now, as a licensed Mortgage Broker with Quantus Mortgage Solutions, she continues to work closely with the lender and insurer community to ensure she finds the best possible solutions for her clients. Eden also serves as a Board member of Community Key. A local charity founded to help families carry the costs of their mortgage and rent while they care for critical or terminally-ill children.
