Eric Charney

Eric started in the mortgage industry in 2016 officially becoming licensed in Alberta as a Mortgage Associate in 2018.

After learning the basics, he joined the lender side of the industry, quickly advancing through the ranks of the alternative lending space. Now, he is back as an agent! Joining the team at Quantus Mortgage Solutions, he is using his knowledge from qualifying many loans for the lenders to work with clients on finding the perfect fit for their unique financial journey.

While always willing to talk mortgages, outside of work you can usually find Eric outside. From hanging out at the lake or walking the dogs, there is always something to explore...most likely done on a bike!
